Jeff joined the group for filming of the movie KISS and the Mad Scientist. Jack had left the group for the filming of the movie and since Jeff was working with Troy on the movie for their film making class he was the most logical choice to fill the spot of Paul Stanley. Jeff left the group immediately after the movie was finished.

Troy lost contact with Jeff many years ago so no current photo or additional information is available.
